The Partner Plug is a Tax, Accounting, and Full-Service Business Management Company. It was founded in 2021 by Confidence Lackwood after spending almost two decades working as a tax lead for taxation and accounting firms, including PriceWaterhouse Cooper and Ernst & Young. With her extensive experience working with high-net-worth individuals, C-Suite executives, and some of the world’s largest institutions, she realized that there was a need for an organization just like hers to assist artists, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and individuals who were good at what they did, but did not have the education, experience or time to work on different areas of their business and personal finances. It quickly became clear to her that misinformation had become rampant on social media, and many professional advisors weren’t delivering adequate technical advice, professionalism, and client service she was used to providing. This was evident, particularly amongst the demographic of people and industry she cared so much for. The Partner Plug started with one client accidentally and is quickly making its impact. By handling all the tedious work, The Partner Plug strives to make it simpler for their clients to focus on what they enjoy doing while saving time.
